Preorder Items:
Returns and/or exchanges are not allowed at this time for preorder items except in two cases:
1. An item is defective and The Smocking Jay's LLC is unable to replace the item.
2. The Smocking Jay's LLC sent the wrong item or wrong size by mistake. In the event one of the two cases seem to apply to you, you have 7 days from USPS delivery date to return the item(s). The days begin from the day USPS tracking states the item was delivered.
Personalized items, accessories, home decor, gift items, sale items and items with coupon of 20% or greater are not returnable/refundable/exchangeable under any circumstance. Please double check the sizes, color, etc in your cart prior to completing purchase.
In Store Purchases:
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for store credit only. You must have proof of purchase. All returns must be in their original state (ie: unwashed, unworn, odor free, without makeup, without deodorant or other obvious signs of wear) in order to receive store credit. Any item with a discount of 20% or greater is not eligible for a return or exchange.
