How long does it take for my order to ship?

In store orders ship out within 1-3 business days, but we always warn customers that this could be longer in peak seasons, and we guarantee shipping within 7 business days.

How long does it take for a preorder to ship?

The shipping information on the preorder is when the order is expected to ship to The Smocking Jay's LLC. Please make sure you are reviewing each items shipping month. It is always listed in the title of the item. If you combine a variety of shipping months, your item(s) will not ship until the last item in your order is received. Once the order arrives, we will being sorting and shipping orders to customers. We ask that you allow 10 days for preorder shipping. 

Help! My shipping address is incorrect?

Unfortunately if this occurs, we cannot guarantee that the address will be updated before being shipped out. Our fulfillment team works fast! Make sure to email our Customer Service ladies at thesmockingjays@gmail.com and include your name, order number, and new address. Failure to include this info will result in slower processing times. Worse case, make sure a forwarding address is set up with USPS at https://www.usps.com/manage/forward.htm.

If your address changes before a preorder is expected to arrive, it is your responsibility to contact us in regards to the change. Address changes should be sent to thesmockingjays@gmail.com and include your name, order number and new address before the expected ship date. The Smocking Jay's LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. Worse case, make sure a forwarding address is set up with USPS at https://www.usps.com/manage/forward.htm. If the package is returned due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for new shipping fees.
